I stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kyobashi for 4 nights in a double room, and overall, I had a great experience. The rooms are spacious enough for Japanese hotels, clean, and bright, with decent bathrooms. The location is fantastic, being close to both Tokyo Station and Kyobashi Station. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff. The dining options were good, especially considering the small size of the restaurant. Overall, a great value for money stay.

Staying at this hotel near Tokyo station was a great choice for our family with 2 young children. The rooms, although not overly spacious compared to Western style, were slightly larger than average for Tokyo and offered a comfortable double bed, which we really appreciated. The service, especially in the restaurant, was exceptional and extremely friendly, even though there were some communication difficulties in English. The location, while a little obscure, is still within a 5-10 minute walk from Tokyo train station and extremely convenient for quick access to various stations. The dining options were decent but could have had more variety, and the facilities overall met our needs during our stay.
